Glenelly Infrastructure Solutions have a new opportunity for an Office Manager to come in to join our team in the HemelHempstead office delivering projects to our clients. We are looking for an Office Manager with a varied background in administration, mangement and project planning.

The Office Manager role duties will include -

- Team leader for small teams of admin staff

· Carrying out duties for and supporting the Senior Leadership Team

· Responding to calls, emails and meeting and greeting visitors

- Liaise with Contractors and Suppliers

· Organise travel and hotels

· Maintaining Company Asset Register

· Managing Vehicle Fleet including accidents and Insurance

· Manage Vehicle & Equipment hand-overs

· Liaise with IT providers co-ordinating troubleshooting issues and fixes for all IT equipment

· Maintaining and updating company documentation and records

· Manage Staff records for holidays, sickness, and other absences

- Manage process of Starters and Leavers

· General Admin Support as required

We are looking for an Office Manager who can offer a range of experience and know how in delivering large projects to clients. Ideally if you have experience in the utilities, construction or power generation industries.

This a full time permanent position working out of our HemelHempstead office. If you are a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage teams and office. We would be keen to speak to you with a view to joining our established team as an Office Manager.
