My client is recruiting for an office manager to join their small friendly office to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office, handling a range of administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have an administrative background with a good knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word and outlook. You must also have excellent customer service and organisational skills.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer orders from start to finish
- Manage customer loans and returns
- Manage customer consignment stock
- Maintain product traceability spreadsheets
- Liaise with customers as necessary
- Create invoices and manage late payers.
- Prepare weekly shipped product overview
- Weekly stock take reports
- Goods in inspection from suppliers
- Input to forecast future product requirements
- Prepare purchase orders
- Monitor and maintain office supplies
- Maintain filing system and general document management
- Maintain IT back-up system
- Update KPI database as necessary
- Update website as necessary
- Other administrative tasks as required
