Office Manager/PA - Part Time - Minimum 6 Month FTC
Office Based role
Salary: Minimum £35,000 pro rata with excellent benefits
Based in SW London

An unique opportunity to join a global organisation as a PA Office Manager, on a part time basis. You will be working for a prestigious brand that works within the luxury/ beauty area.

If you are super organised, enjoy providing key support for senior management and have a natural flair for multi-tasking and building key relationships, this may be the ideal job for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage diaries and travel arrangements for senior management.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, both internally and externally.
  • Handle general office administration tasks with precision and efficiency.
  • Process expenses accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate office events and initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
  • Maintain a tidy and well-organized office space, liaising with maintenance teams as needed.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Act as the go-to person for all office-related queries and arrangements, ensuring a welcoming and productive atmosphere.
  • Manage office supplies, courier bookings, and incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Collaborate with other teams to coordinate office events and initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Enthusiastic and warm personality with a dedication to excellence in all tasks.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to coordinate international travel across different time zones.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships at all levels.
  • Advanced IT proficiency, particularly with MS Office suite.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously as well as part of a team.
