Are you an experienced Office Manager looking to join a family owned business in a small busy team?

An established leader in their field this independent business is continually growing. This Office Manager role with a salary up to £40,000 is to support with their long term success. You will work and oversee the finance team, be responsible for recruitment, HR, collating payroll, health and safety, record management and associated duties.

Working full time on-site in their distribution centre in Witham this role is perfect if you are eager to join a fast paced team in a vibrant and supportive business.

What will you do as an Office Manager?

  • Recruit, onboard and HR ownership for both business sites.
  • Collating payroll for whole business across two locations for the external partner to process.
  • Handling personal taxes and coordinating with the Accounts Assistant on financial reports.
  • Office administration, sundry orders and other associated administrative tasks.


What experience will you need as a Office Manager?

  • Proven experience as an Office Manger
  • Excellent knowledge of reporting
  • Working knowledge of financial software and MS Office
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A problem-solver with attention to detail
