Location: London

Remuneration: £25,000 - £35,000

The role of the Office Manager - Interior and Exterior Natural Stone will involve:

• Office Manager position dealing with a range of interior and exterior natural stone projects
• Undertaking all document controller responsibilities
• Update design reports and ensure all data is accurate and up to date
• Uploading documents to SharePoint & client filing systems
• Follow up on actions for the projects team to ensure they are completed on time
• Responsible for ensuring the office is orderly and well presented

The ideal applicant will be Office Manager - Interior and Exterior Natural Stone with:

• Must have office admin experience, ideally within a document controller or office management position
• Experience within the natural stone industry beneficial however this is not essential providing you have the right skillset
• IT Savvy, experience with filing systems such as: SharePoint, Aconex, A-site and fieldview advantageous
• High levels of organisation and attention to detail
• Smartly presented & tidy
• Humble, enthusiastic & self-motivated
• Must have excellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbal
