Office based in Coventry

8.30am to 5pm - 5 days a week in the office. No hybrid working available

£28k - £33k, plus great benefits package

The Role of the Office Coordinator:

  • Responsible for handling phone calls
  • Schedule engineering and parts ordering
  • Handling enquiries
  • Dealing with quotes
  • Admin support for engineers
  • It's a fast-paced role, so you'll have to be able to multitask and be used to organising
  • Office based in Coventry Mon - Fri - 5 days per week 8.30am - 5pm

The Candidate for the Office Coordinator:

  • You must have previous Office or Project Coordination experience
  • Enthusiastic
  • Confident
  • Self-motivated
  • IT literate

The Package for theOffice Coordinator:

  • £28,000 - £33,000 basic salary
  • Benefits
  • On-going training
  • 25 days holiday plus stats
