Office Assistant for a Property Firm in the West End.

Fantastic new Office Assistant role for a vibrant Property firm in the West End. This brilliant new role will suit someone looking for a varied and dynamic position with ample opportunities for growth and learning. Working closely with the Office Manager, the Office Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the team and contributing positively to the office environment. This is a firm that prides itself on its fun culture and development.

Role: Office Assistant
Duration: Full time
Start date: ASAP (will wait for short notice)
Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE
Working hours: 08:00- 17:00 / 09:00 – 18:00 (changes between the support team)
Location: West End, 5 days in the office

Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings
  • Diary management and looking after the office calendar
  • Monthly invoicing and providing administrative support using MS Office
  • Organising lunches and events
  • Handing incoming calls, interacting with clients and greeting guests along with general front of house duties
Requirements:
  • Proactive and highly motivated, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum 6 months office experience
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel
