As an Office Assistant, you will provide essential support to the Executive Assistant to the CEO and People and Culture Manager, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day office operations. This is a part-time role with a focus on supporting various office and business-related tasks.

Responsibilities include:

• Ordering office, kitchen, and bathroom supplies as needed.
• Assisting with the setup for business meetings, including arranging refreshments and lunches.
• Managing personal tasks for the CEO.
• Supporting the Executive Assistant with general tasks related to the CEO, such as booking executive travel, managing expenses, and printing documents.
• Assisting with customer service during peak periods.
• Supporting HR with onboarding new employees, including IT setup and office equipment arrangements.
• Assisting with the organisation of business-related events.
• Liaising with building managers on general building maintenance.
• Providing general ad-hoc support as needed.
