Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator for our client based in Camberley, on a temporary basis.

The Role:

Office Administrator

Hours:

8am - 5:30pm - NO remote working available

Hourly rate:

Up to £13.50ph

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
  • Provide diary management and travel arrangements to the Head of Finance
  • Cross check time and attendance records, assist with overtime checking and ensuring payroll documents are in order
  • Organise staff meetings
  • Assist with employee review meetings
  • Act as point of contact to external IT provider
  • Coordinate office facilities management

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • A team player who can work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to plan own workload effectively
  • Strong IT skills including all Microsoft office packages
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills
  • Good communication with customers and colleagues
