Office Administrator
Salary: up to £40,000 DOE
Location: Sevenoaks
Hours: 8:00AM – 5:30PM 
Holiday: 20 days (increases annually) + bank holiday

  • This role is fully office based
Your role:
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Liaising with contracted clients about their security systems
  • Booking services into their computer software
  • Booking break down appointments and phone calls
  • Managing and coordinating engineers
  • Full management of the stores and ensuring the engineers have their kit
  • Processing daily engineer post reports
  • General admin
  • Franking
  • Sending out reminder letters
  • Liaising with customers and colleagues via email
Ideal person:
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Previous administration experience is essential.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers
