Our valued client is an established business who are located in central Dorking, and they are seeking a reliable and experienced office administrator to join their small and friendly team, on a full time permanent basis.

Working hours are Monday to Friday between 0900 - 1730.

Due to their town centre location, unfortunately no car parking is available, however, they are easily reached via public transport.

As an office administrator you will be required to support the business with admin and secretarial duties, such as: taking new enquiries, providing quotations, database tasks, and providing office support to the Office Manager.

This is a great "all-round" office admin position which would suit someone who enjoys being a pivotal part of a small company, helping with the general day-to-day operation.

To be successful in this role you should have a polite and friendly telephone manner, a good working knowledge of MS Office, and be a motivated self-starter, who at times can work independently.
