Reed is currently recruiting for and experienced and hard working office administrator for a multi-award winning estate agency based in DN15. You will be tasked assisting with being the first port of call for enquiries and diary management. Someone who can adapt to a fast paced environment and looking at internal progression will flourish in this position.

About the role:

  • Handling telephone enquires in a professional manner and escalating when needed
  • Organising diaries to ensure smooth delivery of the service
  • Assisting on the design of brochures
  • General administration duties

About you:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Proficient in MS Office and design software
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Hyper organised
  • Available to adapt well to a fast moving environment
  • Flexible to assist within other needs of the business

This is a full-time position. Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am – 17:00pm.

Salary: £23,000
