Contino Foods Ltd is a small family-owned business servicing the UK market with premium Italian foods. We are agile, collaborative, and our goal is to provide our B2B & B2C customers with a professional service of delivering high quality Italian foods. We are a small close-knit team and all work very closely together in order to provide an excellent service to our customers.

We are looking for an Office Administrator to work under the lead of our Office Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and attended to
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed
  • Maintain organised filing systems for both physical and digital documents
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Handle generic incoming and outgoing emails, packages, and deliveries
  • Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using Sage Accounts
  • Perform general clerical duties

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • Proven experience in an office or administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi task effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using computerised systems and software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Experience with Sage software is a plus
  • Accurate data entry skills with a good typing speed
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work performed
  • BONUS: Ability to speak/understand Italian

Working Hours:

  • Full-Time: Monday-Friday 8.30am-4.30pm
  • Part-Time: Monday-Friday 8.30am-1.30pm
