Total Staff Services are currently recruiting an Office Administrator for one of our clients based in Hawarden. We're working with a longstanding Water Treatment Company who are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their friendly office team.

Hours: 0900 - 1700, Monday to Friday.

Salary: £23,000.00 P/A

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with emails and passing on enquiries to the relevant departments and team members.
  • Organising filing systems both manually and electronically.
  • Supporting members of the team in the field.
  • Order processing.
  • Transferring data and typing up reports.
  • Dealing with incoming calls into the office.
  • Recording information on queries.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within an administrative role.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Data entry skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
