Reed Business Support are supporting a luxury manufacturing business to find a Sales Office Administrator to join them on a full-time, permanent basis offering a great salary and benefits.

The business manufacture and ship luxury items for their worldwide customers and need a strong sales administrator to support their business as it continues to thrive.

They have many distributors and customers who you would be liaising with, building and maintaining relationships for repeat business. This requires delivering high-quality customer service which the company pride themselves on.

Day-to-day duties of the role will include:



• Processing orders and producing quotations

• Liaising with worldwide distributors, carriers and customers on different portals and websites

• Despatching items and arranging delivery times - liaising with colleagues at stock and quality control

• Preparing transport and delivery documents

• Consistently following up with each order to ensure good service levels and rectifying any issues

• Responsible for small customer accounts, ensuring customers have safe receipt of the orders

As the ideal candidate, you will:



• Be IT efficient and able to learn new systems quickly

• Be dynamic and have the drive to learn

• Deliver on professionalism and customer service

• Be able to work on your own accord
