Office Administrator
We have taken a role based near Harlesden
We are looking for a person to work near Harlesden this is an office based
this role is paying 20k to 25k depending on your experience
this person doesn't need to have too much experience
Excellent communication skills
fluent in English spoken & written
able to use Excel and Microsoft and be aware of all the new social media
TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
Be able to do a bit of everything marketing etc
Working in an office environment
sales tasks including basic office duties
Taking orders & processing payments
Cold calling, face-to-face sales
Taking inbound and outbound telephone calls
Updating the company’s database & files
Looking for long-term progression
Good opportunity for career development & possibility to progress to a Sales/marketing role
Managing customer accounts
Ability to arrange appointments
Good team player
Strong IT skills
Flexibility & ability to work under pressure
Hours: full-time, Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 5.30
