Office Administrator / Team Secretary - Successful Property Co. - Office Based Role - Croydon - £26k-£32k (DoE)

We are on the hunt for a proactive, diligent and conscientious Office Administrator / Team Secretary to join one of our property clients based in Croydon on a permanent basis.

Becoming the lynchpin of the office, you will be the go-to person providing support to all of the team with every day tasks.

This is a varied role that will require good IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; experience of using CRM databases is advantageous, but you will be taught the in-house systems, so the ability to learn and understand new technology is key.

Suitable candidates will have an excellent telephone manner and strong interpersonal communication skills together with previous office / administration experience.

You will need to be professional, reliable and proactive with a 'can-do’ and flexible attitude.

Our client needs someone who can be in the office 5 days/week, however there is potential for flexibility over the working hours as our client will consider a 30-37.5 hour week.

Typical duties as the Office Administrator / Secretary will include:

  • Diary management for the team
  • Answering calls
  • Liaising with clients
  • Organising meetings
  • Collating reports
  • Producing documentation
  • Maintaining the database
  • Day-to-day management of the office environment
  • Ad hoc projects
  • And more.

The salary on offer is between £26k-£32k, dependent on experience and will be pro rata’d if hours are less then 37.5/week.

The office is based a short walk from the mainline station and free parking is available on site.
