Our client has developed specialist software to help them with financial reporting, outsourcing & management.

The Job:

We have a superb opportunity for an Office Administrator. You will be working with their Consultancy and Support teams. Your role will be very varied, you could be logging customer issues, updating documentation, running reports, doing research, updating systems, calling customers, raising legal paperwork, updating diaries, diary management, ensuring actions are completed, proofing of documentation. You will also be doing various administration related tasks, supporting the office such as calling someone to fix the light switch, doing some finance work, organising lunches, dealing with post and all general office related administration.

The Person:

For this role our client is looking for someone with administration experience. Has super people skills and is very organised. This is supporting an office of 25 people and they are seeking someone who has a can do approach and happy to provide administration support, stack the dishwasher, order stationery and stock and speak with clients.

The Location:

North Somerset, with car parking - The role is office based, 100% from the office or have training 1 days a week from home

The Hours:

Monday - Friday

£23,000 with 15% bonus
