We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our client supporting the ODA department. Reporting to Head of Property Procurement Services, the ODA Specialist will be the main point of contact for the Procurement process and Property management.

  • Communicate and liaise with stakeholders and local authority staff and subcontractors/landlords.
  • To ensure all documentation is correctly completed and submitted following the contract requirements.
  • To ensure weekly ODA pipeline reports are submitted
  • To ensure monthly ODA Live report submitted to the finance team.
  • Update of relevant systems to ensure effective record - keeping and real -time data.
  • Ensure site inspections and compliance criteria are met and all activities to conform agreed systems, policies, and procedures.
