My client is one of the UK's leading Sustainability consultancies who provide a specialist approach to the construction and property industry. They are looking for an ambitious Energy Assessor to join their team with the luxury of working from home.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Produce SAP assessments and EPC's so that Part L compliance is achieved
  • Carry out consultancy and written reports for planning stages so that requirements are met
  • Work alongside clients and provide highly technical solutions to meet their sustainability requirements throughout all stages of development

The ideal candidate will have:

  • An On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor qualification with ideally relevant experience within an SAP assessor role.
  • Good understanding of UK building regulations and non-residential development
  • Experience writing sustainability and energy strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
