Location: Shrewsbury

This position is a full time role (37.5). The shift pattern typically operates on an 8-4/9-5 shift pattern over a 7 day period but working hours can be flexible to the right candidate.

Start date: ASAP

Contract length: 3 months

Job description:

The ward supports patients in their treatment, recovery and reablement with the clinical pathways including Frailty , Stroke and Orthopaedics. Required to assess and treat patients requiring ward-based rehabilitation and assessment for discharge planning.

Essential:

  • Experience working independently and at pace
  • HCPC registration

Desirable:

  • Experience of community-based pathways
