Consultant in Occupational Medicine MFOM or FFOM
Location: Margate, Kent + Homebased
Job Type: Permanent - 3 days/week
Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit a Consultant in Occupational Medicine MFOM or FFOM to work in Margate, Kent + Homebased on a permanent basis 3 days/week. The role will be to work 2 days onsite and 1 day from home one week and 2 days from home and 1 day onsite the following week, alternating every week. The role will involve:
- To provide consultations, advice and guidance
- Undertake regular OH Medical clinics covering a wide range of complex occupational health issues including legal, employment and ill health retirement
- Ensure assessments are undertaken within the agreed contracts
- Advice to managers, employees and HR
- Case conference
- Provide guidance on trends and organisational risk factors
- Workplace assessments
- Health surveillance
- Risk assessment in relation to safety critical roles
- Manage clinical complexity and uncertainty
To apply you will need to be a Qualified and experience Occupational Health Physician MFOM or FFOM with proven Occupational Health experience.
Salary: £88,000 - £119,000 pro rata + Benefits
