Location: Horsham, West Sussex + Homebased
Job Type: Permanent - Full Time
Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit an Occupational Health Nurse Advisor Team Leader to work in Horsham, West Sussex + home-based on a full time permanent basis. The role will involve travel to Devon, Somerset, Kent and Suffolk throughout the year for audits, appraisals and team events equating to approx 4 weeks. The role will involve:
- Assessing new clients presenting to Occupational Health in person or by referral and initiate management of case
- Assessing clients fitness to work for the appropriate job and issuing fitness certificates
- Supporting, advising, monitoring and assessing the clinical practice of the OH Team
- Providing strong leadership to OH Technicians and wider multidisciplinary team
- Provide clear and professional advice to clients and employees
To apply you will need to be a qualified and experienced Occupational Health Nurse Advisor with proven leadership and management experience in Occupational Health.
Salary: up to £47,000 + Benefits
