Occupational Health Advisor

We are recruiting for an Occupational Health Advisor

Contract: Permanent remote or hybrid on client site. Full time: 37.5 hours per week flexible working based in Canary Wharf.

Salary: Up to £46,000 depending on experience with excellent benefits.

About you:

Are you an Occupational Health Advisor and Qualified Nurse willing to join our supportive team working hybrid or fully remote. This is a really interesting and exciting role responsible for carrying out occupational health assessments and mental health evaluation/stress risk assessments of individuals in relation to their work environment.

Role and responsibilities:

• Advise the client on any required adjustments to the workplace or employees role.
• Individual case management.
• Relationship building with the client and employee.
• Support and advise HR on occupational health, employment law.
• New starter Occupational health inductions.
• Manage and advise on Neurodiversity.
• Carry out 1:1 assessments in relation to role and workplace.

Skills, attributes and Qualification requirements:

• Essential: OH Experience
• Desirable: Post registration qualification in Occupational Health Nursing
• Essential: NMC registration
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong team player
• Computer literate and processing
• Excellent report preparation and compilation skills.
