Are you an electrical engineer from a renewables background looking to take the reins on a brand new role where you will be using your solution finding expertise to not only ensure a flawless process, but to train and develop a team of experts around which will in turn lead to your limitless progression pathway?

On offer is the opportunity to join a company who are part of an international engineering group, providing a suite of services over a range of renewable energy assets; in particular electric vehicle charging infrastructure & commercial scale solar PV. This company are on the cusp of brilliance, as they are about to jump into their most exciting chapter yet where they are expanding rapidly and to do that, they are looking for their missing puzzle piece to ensure excellence in performance and delivery.

As O&M Engineer, you will providing technical support to the onsite engineers, including troubleshooting, resolving and monitoring issues remotely. You will be discussing with clients and contractors through various channels, ensuring that concise instructions are provided which will in turn resolve any issues efficiently.

This would suit an Electrical Engineer or similar from an renewables background, looking to continue their career within a growing company with a team of professionals with the common goal to reduce CO2 emissions.

THE ROLE

• Maintain procedural documentation and reports to ensure accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues
• Follow procedures to resolve issues by liaising and collaborating with internal departments
• Improve current processes relating to the correct installation of the technical solutions and develop new processes where requires
• Visit customer or contractors when required to ensure complex resolutions and provided with premium customer service standards

THE PERSON

• Electrical Engineering Degree Or Similar
• Renewables Experience Essential
