I am seeking a Nursing Home Manager based in Staffordshire with an active NMC PIN.
This company is medium to large Nursing home with a flexible 40-hour contract.
Key Responsibilities of a Nursing Home Manager:
  • Overall day to day running of the nursing home.
  • Ensuring the highest standard of care and maintaining high standards of care.
  • Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries
  • Budgeting and resourcing
  • Ensuring cost effective services that doesn’t compromise quality.
  • To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to
  • Promote a caring environment for residents through high standards of professional practice.
Nursing Home Manager Requirements:
  • Level 5 NVQ
  • Minimum of one year experience as a Home Manager
  • Must have one of the following: NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN/RN1/RNA or Mental Health Nurse/RMN/RMHN or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD.
  • Able to lead, develop and inspire clinical and nonclinical team.
  • A clear understanding of CQC audits
  • Strong Leadership skills on a personal and professional bases
  • Good time and Organisation management.
