Job Title: Nursery Teacher

Location: Brent

Salary: MPS1 to MPS3 (dependent on experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Nursery Teacher to lead a class of 8 pupils in a creative and learning-focused nursery setting. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education, possess a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum, and demonstrate the ability to create engaging and stimulating learning experiences for young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the individual needs and interests of each child.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where children feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn.
  • Collaborate with parents and colleagues to ensure the holistic development of each child.
  • Implement effective assessment strategies to monitor and track children's progress and attainment.
  • Participate in school-wide activities and events, contributing to the overall ethos and success of the school.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with early years children, preferably within a nursery setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for providing high-quality education and nurturing the development of young children.
