Do you have a passion for supporting young children and a desire to make a real impact on their learning journey?

Tradewind Education is seeking a personable, enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant (SEND) to join a vibrant Primary School in Brinnington, Stockport.

In this rewarding role, you will:

  • Play a vital role in supporting a range of children with Special Educational Needs (SEND) in the nursery class.
  • Work alongside a qualified teacher to deliver engaging and stimulating lessons and activities.
  • Provide individualised support to help children reach their full potential.
  • Assist with the planning and preparation of learning materials that cater to SEND needs.
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive environment where all children feel valued and supported.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or a Team Teach degree (or be working towards it).
  • Experience working with children with SEND in an early years setting (desirable).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A creative and enthusiastic approach to learning.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
