Here at Nurse Seekers we are proud to be working for an ‘OUTSTANDING’ Pre-School near Surbiton, Surrey. With two separate gardens, on top of the well-resourced inner setting, there are plenty of opportunities to ensure the children have the best start to life! They are looking for the right candidate for this 21-place setting to come in and work in sync with the rest of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment
- Meeting the children’s individual needs through planning, preparing activities, ensuring equality of opportunities and reviewing the curriculum in relation to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) guidance.
- Having key person responsibilities, keeping accurate developmental records and observations
- Working in partnership with the parents/families to share children's milestones and plan for progress.
- Following the policies and procedures set out by the nursery including safeguarding and confidentiality
- Working co-operatively as part of a team
- Attending and contributing to monthly staff meetings
