Day to Day of the role:

• Engage children through exciting and stimulating activities, tailored to their developmental needs.
• Create a nurturing and safe learning environment for young learners.
• Seamlessly transition between different roles and responsibilities within the nursery setting.
• Collaborate with fellow educators, parents, and administrators to support each child’s learning journey.
• Embrace the variety and excitement that comes with day-to-day supply assignments, covering sickness, exploring long-term roles, and potentially securing permanent positions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Level 2 or level 3 Qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
• A creative and imaginative approach to engaging with children.
• A strong passion for early childhood education and nurturing young minds.
• Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.
• Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to work well with others in a supportive learning ecosystem.
