Are you passionate about early childhood education and supporting the development of young minds? Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our team in Leicestershire. We have opportunities available for both long-term placements and daily assignments within nursery settings.

Role Overview:

As a Teaching Assistant in a nursery setting, you will play a vital role in supporting the lead teacher in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with the implementation of the early years curriculum.

- Supporting children's learning through a variety of activities and play-based experiences.

- Providing individualised support to children with additional needs.

- Promoting positive behavior management techniques and fostering a safe and inclusive environment.

- Collaborating with colleagues and parents to support children's holistic development.

We are looking for individuals who have:

- Previous experience working with children, ideally within an early years or nursery setting.

- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
