Nursery Assistant

Reed Education are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Nursery Nurse to work in a an established nursery where they strive to prove a happy, secure environment, where children, parents, carers, visitors and staff feel welcome and valued. We are looking for both qualified and unqualified nursery workers to help support them in a very busy time offering part time and full time hours.

Duties:

Offering support and guidance and providing a fun yet educational safe haven for young children aged 0yrs – 5yrs old.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in childcare, providing care and support to the under 5s and creating a fun and happy environment for the children to play and learn. The role includes play work, activities and support with feeding, personal care and working with the staff/ team on daily tasks.

To be considered for this role you would need to have:

• In order to apply for this position, you must have a minimum of 3-6 months experience in childcare work for the nursery assistant or min level 3 NVQ in childcare for Nursery Nurse.

• Two references with your relevant experience within the last 2

• A current DBS that is registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one
