Position: Unqualified Nursery Assistant

Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire

Hours: Full-time

Pay: £12.00 - £15.00 per hour (depending on experience and qualification)

Role and Responsibilities: As an unqualified nursery assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our qualified staff. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with daily activities, such as playtime, mealtime, and naptime.
• Ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for children.
• Engaging in creative play and learning experiences.
• Supporting children’s emotional well-being.
• Collaborating with colleagues to create a positive learning atmosphere.

Requirements: While formal qualifications are not necessary, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:

• Enthusiasm for working with children.
• Patience, kindness, and a nurturing attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
