We work with a number of schools in Colchester and the surrounding areas to help them with their staffing and recruitment needs. Your Role:

As a newly qualified teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate the next generation. Your responsibilities will include:

- Planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to the needs of diverse learners

- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation and success

- Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their development

- Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and enhance teaching strategies

- Contributing to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events

Requirements:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

- Recent completion of Initial Teacher Training (ITT) or PGCE program

- Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for teaching

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Dedication to continuous improvement and professional development
