An NQ Solicitor - Employers Liability / Public Liability is required by this top 50 UK law firm to deal with Defendant EL/PL work from its office based in Manchester.

Role Overview

In joining this firm as a personal injury solicitor, you will become part of an established practice recognised as a market leader in defendant insurance work.

On offer is the chance to join the specialist EL/PL team representing leading Insurers and large corporate risk clients.

Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking an NQ - 2 PQE Solicitor with experience in handling litigated Employers Liability and Public liability claims, who can demonstrate:

  • Experience of handling their own case load and assisting others with Fast Track and Multi-track litigation, including complex personal injury claims.
  • Reporting to, liaising with and meeting clients with a high level of professionalism.
  • Experience of preparing instructions to counsel and experts and attending and advising in conference.
  • Conducting research and keeping up to date with legal and industry practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adhoc tasks as required
