AJ Chambers is working with a regional, top 200 law firm in Bury St. Edmunds, they are looking for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their corporate & commercial team.

You’ll be working alongside the Senior Associate of the team, with plenty of work coming into the business, you’ll be involved in a range of transactions including:

  • Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Management Buyouts
  • Joint Venture Agreements
  • Shareholder and Partnership Agreements

You’ll be offering a very competitive salary, 25 days annual leave and a cash health plan.
