JOB TITLE:         Commercial Property Solicitor
EXPERIENCE:     Newly Qualified
LOCATION:        South Yorkshire

OVERVIEW:
•Manage a broad caseload of commercial property matters to include sales and purchases, commercial refinancing, land development, commercial leases and tenancies and adverse possession.
•Draft contracts, deeds, transfers, statements and bills
•Involvement in business development to encourage growth of the team
•You will have completed a seat in Commercial Property during your training contract and have had exposure to the areas of work listed above.
•The ability to work with minimal supervision as part of a busy team.
