Key Responsibilities:

• Managing your own caseload of civil court matters, including drafting legal documents and providing advice to clients
• Representing clients in court proceedings, tribunals, and hearings
• Conducting legal research and analysis to support case preparation
• Liaising with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in cases
• Assisting senior solicitors with complex cases and providing support as needed
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal regulations and procedures
