NPD Manager

Role: New Product Development Manager

Location: London

Salary: Up to £45,000 (Negotiable)

Lavandi Talent is currently working with a fantastic Beauty and Personal Care business who are looking for a skilled NPD Manager to join their team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative products that meet consumer needs and market trends.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences.
• Create detailed project plans and timelines, managing all stages of product development from concept development to commercialisation.
• Drive product innovation by proposing new ideas, formulations, and technologies to enhance the product portfolio.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners to facilitate smooth product development processes.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to beauty product development, ensuring compliance in all stages of the process.

Ideal Candidate:

• At least 2 years’ experience in NPD within Beauty & Personal Care is essential.
• Strong understanding of beauty market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor landscape.
• Proven track record of successfully launching new beauty products from concept to market.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
• Passion for beauty and cosmetics with a creative mindset and a drive for innovation.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards related to beauty product development.
