Salary: Negotiable depending on experience £50,000-£150,000

Location: London (Hybrid Working)

We are recruiting on behalf of a Specialist and Niche Insurance Broker in the City of London. Setting up and specialising in North American Property you will be a Producer and work with in house support as well as bring your own ideas and strategy around production and book growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating close relationships with wholesale brokers to secure and grow a book of North American Property business.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with North American wholesale brokers to secure and place North American Property business

Grow a book of business by identifying opportunities and implementing strategies to increase revenue

Stay up-to-date on market trends, regulations, and industry developments

Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent service to clients

Contribute to the overall growth and success of the business

Skills:

Previous experience in North American Property ideally with some producing brokerage experience or a good plan as to how you will develop a book

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Proven track record of success in securing and growing business

Knowledge of insurance regulations and market trends

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
