Join a leading independent brokerage firm that specialises in a diverse range of property products across Canada and North America. With a strong emphasis on fostering relationships with wholesale brokers, they have experienced remarkable growth in the property sector.

The Opportunity
They are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to fill the role of North American Property Broker. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing placements across multiple markets and will have the autonomy to develop and nurture relationships with wholesale brokers and underwriters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the risk and placements of commercial properties across Canada and North America
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale brokers
  • Assess and analyse property risks to determine appropriate coverage solutions
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with underwriters

What’s needed for me to be considered?

  • Previous experience broking NA Property Risk
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • A desire to learn and grow within the industry
