We are looking for a high performing Retail and Merchandising Manager with proven experience to redefine their retail space and take their Retail business to the next level!

THE JOB:

• Develop and implement retail and merchandising strategies that increase spend.
• Create eye-catching store layouts and merchandising displays.
• Propose and implement revenue generating initiatives.
• Create visual merchandising guidelines and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate cost of inventory.
• Prepare annual budgets, analyse sales figures and forecast future sales.

THE PERSON:

• Ambitious and eager to make this role own to redefine the current retail space and come with fresh & innovative ideas.
• Proven experience within Retail & Merchandising, preferably within luxury brands highly regarded but not essential.
• Ability to work in standalone capacity.
• Creative and detail orientated.
