Noise Nuisance Officer

My client in London is looking to appoint a talented Noise Nuisance Officer on a permanent basis.

The role will work to manage co-ordinate and monitor building services appointments on a daily basis including reallocation of work to operatives; to ensure appointments are achieved on target during sickness absence, holiday periods and prioritise jobs based on urgency.

About the role:

• Leading on Statutory Noise Nuisance and Building works using the EPA Act 1990 and COPA.
• Working with enforcement officers to gather evidence and breaches.
• Taking cases to court and prosecuting individuals and businesses.

About you:

You will have the following skillsets or experiences:

• A sound knowledge of Noise Nuisance and case building for prosecution is required.

What’s on offer:

• Salary: £46,000 per annum

*negotiable based on experience

• Contract type: Permanent
• Hours: 09:00am -17:00. The role will be office and field based working mainly Mon-Fri office time hours however the candidate will need to be flexible to work evenings and weekends when required for evidence gathering in noise cases.
