My client is based in Alton, Hampshire are growing and looking to take on a Junior Financial Administrator looking to embark on a career within Financial Services.

We have placed 2 staff within the business. They offer whole of market advice on Pensions, Investments, Tax Planning, IHT, Trusts, Mortgages and some Protections. They prefer to do holistic financial planning rather than transactional pieces of work. They have built a very good reputation locally for providing the highest standards of financial advice and wealth management. Their clients are a mix of working professionals, wealth accumulators, business executives, retirees and HNW families with very substantial assets to be managed. The highest net worth cases have over £1m to invest. Business is busier than ever moving into 2024, and my client has 1000 clients in their current setup, and this is growing through referrals and recommendations. They do not do any marketing activity whatsoever due to the excellent reviews they receive.

They have ambitions to expand the business greatly over the next 3 years and set up new offices across the region and broaden their offering to their clients.

The MD is creating a brand-new role within the business for a Junior Financial Administrator. The ideal candidate will have very basic understanding of finance but a willingness to learn and get stuck in but know that the financial services industry if for them. You will be working in a small team of 3 administrators. A full package of study support will be offered to help you through your exams or career goals.
