Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Night Support Worker to join a public sector organisation, on a permanent basis.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Night Support Worker:

• Complete support plans and risk assessments
• Signpost clients to other services within the community
• Complete housing benefit, council tax and universal credit claims
• Assist in the referrals process

Essential Requirements of the Night Support Worker:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Flexibility to take part in the on-call rota providing out of hours support
