Night Shift Manufacturing/Production Manager
Our client based in Milton Keynes are looking for a Night Shift Manufacturing/Production Manager. This company are forward thinking vibrant and are looking for hungry career orientated Manager. Responsible for managing the manufacturing process and production staff, meeting all costs, quality, delivery, and safety targets.
Night shift - £49,500 doe, 3 on, 3 off plus excellent benefits.
Your duties: -
- Provide leadership and direction to all Team Leaders/operatives during the shift.
- Facilitate daily Team meetings.
- Review continuous improvement.
- Work alongside the other Shift Managers to ensure consistency, the correct staff levels and identify further training needs for the staff.
- Organise shift cover where needed.
- Conduct shift handovers.
Do you have 5 years Manufacturing Management experience?
Do you have 5 years Warehouse/Production/Distribution experience?
Do you have a Manufacturing/Engineering Degree?
Six sigma or Lean qualification?
