We are looking for a Shift Manager on Nights that will be based at our Harlow Distribution Centre in Essex and include managing a team.

Week 1 - Friday, Saturday, Sunday 1900hrs - 0700

Week 2 - Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday - 1900hrs - 0700hrs

Works on a two-week rotation.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the warehouse shift, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Foster a supportive and collaborative work environment, promoting the well-being of our colleagues.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Implement strategies to optimise inventory management and cost control, protecting the company's financial success.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships.
  • Customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
