Maintenance Engineer,, Wellingborough £50,000 - £52,500
Shifts: Sunday - Thursday 10pm - 6am
 
Maintenance Engineer with strong electrical knowledge is required to join the team based in Wellingborough. This is an exciting opportunity for  proactive Multi skilled Maintenance Engineer to make a difference.
 
The Maintenance Engineer's role will involve:
Carrying out reactive maintenance (respond to breakdowns) both electrical and mechanical across the site whilst ensuring all the company procedures and standards are followed
The Maintenance Engineer will work from a CMMS (Computerised maintenance management system) in close collaboration with Production and Engineering to maximise machine efficiency and minimise both machinery breakdowns and production disturbances.
Have knowledge of; carrying out Root Cause Analysis, Pneumatics and fault finding on PLCs
LOTO knowledge (Lock Out, Tag Out)
A high standard of electrical and mechanical knowledge will be required (electrically qualified is a must).
 
The successful maintenance engineer will be electrically biased with an apprenticeship, City & Guilds, NVQ, HNC, HND, ONC or equivalent in Electrical Engineering and experience of working in a manufacturing environment.
 
This position is commutable from Corby, Kettering, Northampton, Milton Keynes, and Bedford.
and would suit; Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Shift Engineer, Day Engineer, Multi Skilled Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Service Engineer or Packaging Engineer.
