Pertemps Swindon is currently looking for a Night Shift Assistant Production Manager for our prestigious food manufacturer based in Swindon.

Previous experience within food production, especially bakery is essential to apply for that role!!!

This is a Night shift role 00:00-08:00 however flexibility is required.
You will be working 5 days out of 7 so you need to be prepared to work weekends.
Pay rate is £13.33 to £14.87 per hour (£26000-£29000 per year) DOE
Temporary to Permanent

Main Duties of Assistant Production Manager:
  • Support Production Manager with all aspects of running operations.
  • Prepare weekly rotas for staff
  • Manage staff holidays
  • Organising production plans along with Production Manager
  • Train staff on all aspects of production including training and Development plans
  • Attending any training required by the business
  • Take part in internal and external audits and contribute to improve processes.
  • Perform Risk Assessments when required.
