Role Overview

If you are a night owl looking for a dynamic working environment, then this is the role for you. In this varied role, you will work with the team to ensure the safety and security of the retailers and staff. You will achieve this by regularly patrolling the areas, aiding with First Aid (if qualified) and securing the building. A current Door Supervisor SIA license is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Patrolling the Drake Circus Estate site, when directed, to include BOH service areas, car park and public areas to ensure the site is safe and secure.
  • Advising retailers, when necessary, on management regulations
  • Diffusing incidents and preventing occurrences using “minimal enforcement;”
  • Maintaining fire, Health and Safety Regulations and securing the premises.
  • Aid the public in First Aid (if qualified).
  • All duties to be conducted in adherence with the OCS Health and Safety policy.
  • To assure that the company standards and policies are strictly adhered to and maintained.
  • Ensure that the site is maintained to the agreed KPI standards with a safe and clean environment being paramount.
  • To fulfil health and safety responsibilities by adherence to the requirements of the company’s Health & Safety policy and Health & Safety Management plans.

About You:

  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
  • Have a good understanding of the Assignment Instructions.
  • Door Supervisor SIA license essential
  • Computer literate.
  • Able to interact at all levels from visitors to senior management.
  • First Aid training is an advantage.
